We've Gone Italian!
Cuisine Maestro Mike Lindsey has composed a selection of Italian dishes just for us! We have traditional dishes and new fusion items such as Italian Nachos and Italian Meatloaf. Uncle D makes his family sauce for our spaghetti. We introduced pizza over the summer and it's a hit! Enjoy the Bluz Barbecue Chicken--Grilled chicken, onions, bacon, BBQ sauce and a three-cheese blend-- or take on The Hitman-- Salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, onions, peppers, pepperoncini, and Mozzarella cheese. Available in sixteen and twelve inch sizes and of course you can always build your own!
Live Blues & Rock and Roll at Bluz at the Bend
Bluz at The Bend is Spokane's only nightclub offering live music and dancing four nights a week, Wednesday through Saturday. Band start downstairs at 7:00 PM on Wednesday and Thursday; 9:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Live Stand-up at Uncle D's Comedy Underground
Upstairs in our dedicated showroom, Uncle D's Comedy Underground has Spokane's best professional live comedy every weekend with acts from all over the nation. Seating in our showroom opens at 6:30 pm with full dinner and bar service, show starts at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $12. Advance reservations for all shows are not required, but they are recommended, especially if you have a party larger than two and want to sit together. Call 509-483-7300 to make reservations.We have Comedy Open Mike Every Thursday at 8:00 pm. Clubs all over the Pacific Northwest are looking for stand-up comedians for their stages! Sign-up starts at 7:00 pm every Thursday; practise performing with the light in your eyes in our showroom. As a performer, you need to be signed in with us by 7:00 pm that evening in order to perform in Open Mike. Performer, club, and agency owner Don Parkins provides coaching. Our open mikers do get show stage time and their names in lights here at Bluz when they are ready. No ticket charge. Both comedians and audience members are needed; comedians do appreciate feedback from noncomedians, so come up, have a beer, and make your opinions known!

Event Hosting
Our 125-seat showroom is available for your special event! With its own bar, PA system, and restrooms we can provide you with a comfortable and classy venue for your party, business event, or fundraiser. We can also supply staff and catering through Bluz' kitchen and provide entertainment through Uncle D's Comedy Underground: The Agency. Contact Don Parkins at 509-483-7300. Daytime events outside of our normal operating hours are possible; we have our own parking lot also suitable for outdoor events.
